By accessing nationwide.bd or any platform within the Marketsync Global Ltd network — including trips.bd, room.bd, houses.bd, villas.bd, penthouse.bd, hostel.bd, 2let.bd, plans.bd, spa.bd and calm.bd — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
nationwide is a digital infrastructure brand owned and operated by Marketsync Global Ltd, a company registered in Bangladesh with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC). All listings, transactions and contracts originating from any brand within the network are facilitated by Marketsync Global Ltd as a marketplace intermediary.
Property listings on room.bd, houses.bd, penthouse.bd, villas.bd, hostel.bd and 2let.bd are submitted by independent landlords, owners and verified agents. Marketsync Global Ltd does not own the listed properties and is not a party to the lease. We facilitate discovery, KYC verification (via kyc.bd), digital signing, rent collection (via 1pay.bd) and dispute resolution. All rental agreements are between tenant and landlord and are governed by the Premises Rent Control Act, 1991 and applicable tenancy law of Bangladesh.
Bookings made through trips.bd, plans.bd and villas.bd are subject to the terms of the underlying supplier (hotel, villa, transport operator or activity provider). Marketsync Global Ltd acts as a booking agent. Cancellation, refund and modification rules follow the supplier's published policy. Travel taxes, VAT and service charges are collected as applicable under the VAT and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012.
spa.bd and calm.bd connect users with licensed wellness providers. Therapeutic claims are made by individual providers, not by Marketsync Global Ltd. Users must disclose relevant medical conditions before booking.
All hosts, landlords and high-value users must complete identity verification through kyc.bd. Submitting false information, forged documents or impersonating another person is a criminal offence under the Digital Security Act and will result in immediate, permanent termination and referral to authorities.
Online payments across the network are processed through 1pay.bd and licensed Payment Service Providers regulated by Bangladesh Bank. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days where applicable.
You may not list illegal properties, sublet without owner consent, post discriminatory listings, scrape the platform, manipulate reviews, circumvent payments off-platform or use the service for money laundering. Violations result in suspension and legal action.
Marketsync Global Ltd's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid by the user for the specific transaction in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses including property damage, missed travel or supplier default.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 2001 where the disputed amount exceeds BDT 5,00,000.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform and email at least 14 days before taking effect.
