How do I list my property on room.bd, houses.bd or villas.bd?+
Sign up with your phone, complete KYC verification through kyc.bd, upload ownership documents (deed, mutation, holding tax receipt), set your price and availability, and your listing goes live within 24 hours of moderation.
Is renting a flat through 2let.bd legally binding?+
Yes. Every rental on the network produces a digitally signed tenancy agreement governed by the Premises Rent Control Act, 1991. Both tenant and landlord receive a stamped PDF and the contract is enforceable in Bangladeshi courts.
Are the landlords on houses.bd verified?+
All landlords undergo identity verification (NID/passport via kyc.bd) and ownership cross-check against RJSC and land records via rjsc.bd integration before listing.
Can I rent a penthouse in Gulshan or Banani through penthouse.bd?+
Yes. penthouse.bd specialises in luxury residential leasing and sales across Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Dhanmondi and Bashundhara — including serviced apartments and short-term executive rentals.
Who pays the deposit and how is it protected?+
Tenants pay the deposit through 1pay.bd, where it is held in escrow until move-out inspection. Disputes are resolved through our 14-day mediation process before any deduction.
What happens if there is a dispute with my landlord?+
Open a ticket through msg.bd. Our resolution team mediates within 7 working days. Unresolved cases follow the arbitration clause of the rental agreement.
Can foreign nationals rent through the network?+
Yes. Foreign passport holders can rent through any property brand after submitting a valid passport, visa and employer/sponsor letter via kyc.bd.
Does hostel.bd handle student housing?+
Yes. hostel.bd is purpose-built for university students, female-only hostels, working-women hostels and shared accommodation across major university cities.
Travel & Hospitality
How does trips.bd handle cancellations?+
Each booking inherits the cancellation policy of the underlying supplier. Free-cancel rates are clearly marked. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via 1pay.bd within 7–14 working days.
Can I book a multi-city Bangladesh trip on plans.bd?+
Yes. plans.bd is built for itinerary planning — combining flights, hotels (trips.bd), villas (villas.bd), spa appointments (spa.bd) and ground transport in a single checkout.
Are taxes and service charges included?+
All prices on trips.bd and villas.bd are displayed inclusive of VAT and service charge. Government bed tax, where applicable, is collected at the property.
Do you offer corporate travel accounts?+
Yes — through trips.bd Business, with consolidated invoicing, GL coding, and policy controls. Contact corporate@trips.bd.

Are spa.bd providers licensed?+
All spa.bd partners must hold a valid trade license and, where applicable, therapist certification. Provider credentials are visible on every listing.
What does calm.bd offer beyond spa booking?+

Payments, Identity & Security
Which payment methods are accepted?+
Through 1pay.bd we support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, bank transfer and corporate billing — all under Bangladesh Bank licensed gateways.
Why is KYC required?+
KYC via kyc.bd is required by Bangladesh Bank AML/CFT guidelines for any user transacting above the regulatory threshold or hosting on the platform.
How do you handle company verification?+
Business accounts are verified against RJSC records via our rjsc.bd integration — confirming registration number, directors and current standing.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are not in the business of selling user data — see our Privacy Policy.
